- 1 / 5By the myth hunterAdding to my review, been back a number of times and they absolutely cannot get it right! How many times do I have to say cream and sugar on the side! They continue to put it in my coffee even though I'm so specific! This is really making me furious! Get it together and listen, even when it's on the board, completely incompetent!
Bad customer service! Went through drive thru, fries had no salt ( which would be fine if it was consistently like that) when went in and told them, they acted as if I was lying, like there was no possibility they could've forgotten to salt them. They took the fries and dumped them out and gave me a new one. Well guess what, if they want to get attitude with customers and make a point, here's my point right back at ya!October 09, 2016
